Dispatch Mode Buttons Explained

  • Un/Select All - Allows you to either unselect all orders at once or select all orders at once.
  • Delivery Time - Allows you to set a Delivery wait time that lasts for a specified amount of time.
  • Driver Return - Allows you to update the system upon driver return and mark the delivery orders assigned to that driver as returned.
  • Driver Drop - Allows you to access the Bank Management section so that Tips can be paid to drivers.
  • Find Customer - Allows you to search for a customer's order by using that customer's name.
  • Refresh Checks - Allows you to refresh the checks within each section so that changes made on other stations are reflected.
  • Sort by - Allows you to sort the orders by a specified item.
  • Filter by - Allows you to filter the orders by a specified item and allows you to clear any filters that are already in place.
  • Legend - Allows you to see what each of the icons that are displayed on the orders represents.
