What is the Quick Bar?

The Quick Bar is designed to speed up the ordering process. It is designed to be used only when one employee is assigned to a single station and no one else will be using that station during his/her shift.

To go into Quick Bar, go to the Bar screen and click the Quick Bar button on the bottom of the POS screen.

This Quick Bar mode will lock the employee into the Bar menu, so that you don't have to press the seats to ring up orders. After sending an order you are brought right back to the Bar menu, not the Bar seating layout.

When you are in Quick Bar, the orders you send are automatically set to floating orders and are not assigned to a seat. You only have to enter a name for each order that is sent.

To exit the Quick Bar mode, simply press the Exit Quick Bar button.
