How Do I Reprint The Last Receipt?

You can reprint the last receipt by going into SoftTouch > Manager > All Checks Overview, and pressing the Reprint Last Receipt button.

NOTE: If you are trying to reprint a receipt from Quick Bar, Fast Takeout on Lockdown, or Counter mode on Lockdown then you will end up printing a receipt for a $0.00 check if you use the "Reprint Last Receipt" button. This happens because a new check is immediately is started as soon as you cash out an order in one of these modes. That means the check that was started is voided even though no items were added to it that when you exit that mode to go to the Manager section and you end up printing the voided check. Therefore, you can go into the SoftTouch > Manager > All Checks Overview > Closed Checks, select the order from here and then press the Reprint Receipt button instead.
