Address Custom Completion Tab

The Address Custom Completion tab is used for locating customer address information.

Address Keywords

  • Import Data - Imports a listing of addresses from the zip codes software.
  • Delete all imports - Deletes all imported data.
  • Delete all custom - Deletes only the custom addresses you have entered.
  • Filter Data - Allows you to list data by different parts of the addresses. (see below)
  • Locate Data - Allows you to search for data using different search criteria. (see below)

Filter Data

  1. Press the Filter Data... button.
  2. Select the Field to search through.
  3. Select either By Value - Type what you are looking for in the Field Value section and select the Search Type you would like to use. OR
    Select By Range - Search for values listed between a specific Starting Range and Ending Range.
  4. Select the Field Order:
    • Alphabetical - Arranges the searchable options in the Fields area in alphabetical order.
    • Logical - Arranges the searchable options in the Fields area by the order they would normally appear (Address, City, State, etc.).
  5. Click Ok.

Locate Data

  1. Press the Locate Data... button.
  2. Enter the Field Value.
  3. Choose the Search Type.
  4. Select the field you would like searched from the drop-down list.
  5. Click First for an arrow to appear next to the first item that matches the search criteria on the customer list.
  6. Click Next to move the arrow to the next item that matches the search criteria you have specified.
  7. Close the Locate Field Value window when finished.
