Delivery Mode Buttons Explained

Delivery Mode Buttons

  • Exit - Exits the Delivery mode into the Info screen
  • Search by Phone # - Searches for customer by phone number (default search mechanism)
  • Search by Last Name - Searches for customer by last name
  • Search by First Name - Searches for customer by first name
  • Search by Company - Searches for customer by company name
  • Search by Card # - Searches fur customer by card number
  • Search by Loyalty # - Searches for customer by loyalty number
  • Edit/View Customer - Views and/or Edits information in customer's profile
  • Select Customer - Selects the highlighted customer and takes you into the order taking screen
  • Add New Customer - Adds a new customer to the database
  • Create Loyalty - Creates a new customer and assigns them a Loyalty number
  • Loyalty Chit/Form - Gives you the option to "Print Loyalty Chit" or "Print Signup Form"
  • Loyalty Balance - Displays the selected customer's Loyalty Summary information
  • Redeem Loyalty - Redeems loyalty points or visits from the selected customer
  • Loyalty Add - Adds loyalty points or visits to the selected customer

Delivery Mode - Customer Screen Buttons

  • Cancel - Cancels the Add New Customer or Edit/View Customer action and exits you back into the Delivery mode screen
  • Done - Saves the information you entered and exits you back into the Delivery mode screen
  • Add Address - Lets you add another address to the customer profile. Multiple addresses are allowed. (e.g. Home, Work, etc.)
  • Remove Address - Removes the address that has been selected
  • Change Address - If a customer has multiple addresses, the Change Address button lets you set which address is the default one for delivery. Select the address first and then press the Change Address button to make that address the delivery address
  • Start Order - Lets you jump from the customer edit screen right into the order taking screen

Delivery Mode - Phone Numbers & Accounts Buttons

  • Cancel - Cancels the Add New Customer or Edit/View Customer action and exits you back into the Delivery mode screen
  • Done - Saves the information you entered and exits you back into the Delivery mode screen
  • Add Phone # - Lets you add a new phone number to currently selected customer. You can have more than one phone number and you can also specify an extension. Phone numbers are listed under the Phone Numbers & Accounts tab at the top.
  • Remove Phone # - Removes the phone number that has been selected.Phone numbers are listed under the Phone Numbers & Accounts tab at the top.
  • Start Order - Lets you jump from the customer edit screen right into the order taking screen

Delivery Mode - Loyalty Screen Buttons

  • Cancel - Cancels the Add New Customer or Edit/View Customer action and exits you back into the Delivery mode screen
  • Done - Saves the information you entered and exits you back into the Delivery mode screen
  • Clear Loyalty - Lets you clear all Loyalty data for the currently selected customer
  • Start Order - Lets you jump from the customer edit screen right into the order taking screen

Delivery Mode - Credit Cards Screen Buttons

  • Cancel - Cancels the Add New Customer or Edit/View Customer action and exits you back into the Delivery mode screen
  • Done - Saves the information you entered and exits you back into the Delivery mode screen
  • Do Not Store Credit Cards - Prevents any of this customer's credit card information from being stored
