New Card Account

Owned by Administrative (Unlicensed)

The New Card Act. button allows you to create a new Card Account directly from SoftTouch.
Note: Member Accounts can only be created in BackOffice.

Create Deposit Card Account

  1. Press the New Card Act. button.
  2. Select a deposit card account from the Card Accounts List.
  3. Swipe the card or enter the card number and press ENTER.
  4. Enter the amount that will be on the card and press ENTER.
  5. Press the Finish button.
  6. Select the payment type that will be used to pay for the card.
  7. Press the Confirm button.

Create Non-Deposit Card Account

  1. Press the New Card Act. button.
  2. Select a non-deposit card account from the Card Account List.
  3. Swipe the card or enter the card number and press ENTER.
  4. Enter the credit limit for the card and press ENTER.
  5. Press Yes on the Confirmation Dialog.
