Edit/View Customer

Owned by Administrative (Unlicensed)

Use the Edit/View Customer button to view a customer's account or edit any information within the account.

  1. Locate the customer you would like to Edit or View by using one of the Search Functions (e.g. Search by Phone #, Search by Card #, etc.).
  2. Press the Edit/View Customer button.
  3. Press the Customer Tab to view all name, phone, and address information.
  4. Press the Phone Numbers & Accounts Tab to view all phone numbers and accounts related to the customer.
  5. Press the Loyalty Tab to view loyalty points, visits, and favorite items.
  6. Press the Credit Cards Tab to view all stored credit card information for the customer.
