New Bar Order - Floating Order

Floats are used for bartenders that have customers that can order food or liquor without actually sitting at a seat. By using the New Order button, you can take an order from a customer, assign a name to this order, and run a tab for this customer.

1. Press the New Order button.
   
   
   
2. Enter the customer's order.
3. Press the Send button when finished.
   
   
   
4. Enter the customer's name and press ENTER.
