New Dining Order - Floating Order

Floats are used at establishments with Cocktail Waitresses or Food Servers, where customers are not sitting at a table, but can still order food or liquor.

1. Press the New Order button.
2. Enter the name for the check and press ENTER.
3. Enter the number of guests for the check and press ENTER.
4. Ring up the order.
5. Press the Send button when finished.
