If any offline checks were done while the internet connection was down, a Manager can use the Offline Checks tab to process the checks once the internet connection has been restored.

Process All Offline Cards

Press the Process All Offline Cards button.
Select Yes on the Confirmation Dialog.
Press Ok on the SoftTouch Message.

All Offline credit cards have now been processed.
