Server Takes Over Pool Table Check

If a customer orders food or a beverage at the pool table, a Server accesses the check by touching the pool table on the floor plan.

Change Server

1. Bring up the the pool table's check.
2. Press the Change Ownership button.
   
   
   
3. Select the Server that you want the check to belong to.
   Note: You may need a Manager's override if the current Server does not have permission in BackOffice to move a check to another Server.
   
   
   
4. Press Ok on the Information Dialog.
   
   
   
5. Ring up additional items if needed, then press the Send button when finished.
   
   
   
6. The check now belongs to the new Server.
